Drinking tea is an art form and a part of Chinese, and many other cultures. In all Chinese restaurant tea is always served and people normally drink tea more than water.  As large cities, such as Shanghai, in China grows, so does their luxury market and fine dining. A large number of wealthy Chinese business men and government officials prefer to host dinners at such restaurants and would normally reserve a private room with areas to both mingle and dine in class. Comfortable seating, cushions and wall screens would be the best way to display the art of drinking tea, to both locals and expatriates alike.
